Never took my name off ITC

I lodged a complaint of ***** last year November, as someone opened a Foshini Account against my name. After numerous disputes with Foshini, they promiced to take my name off of ITC and to stop default judgement which they have obtained, without serving any document on me, only to find out that I still haven't been taken off. I am going to open a case of ***** against every person at Foshini whom I dealt with as i now regard them as accomplice in this ***** case or kindly remove all defaults against my name.. I cant practice as an attorney due to Foshini's *********** workers
