Never open an account with Foschini

I am assisting a client of mine in a DISABILITY CLAIM. It seems that Foschini does not understand the meaning of this - this includes the CEO, as I have copied him in a few of my emails. They constantly harassing her to pay up. I have sent reports from her doctor, legit medical aid claims, and pictures of her status, but no go. You have to pay. My advise, NEVER open an account with Foschini.
