Neutrogena products expired

My wife went into both Foschini Gateway and the Foschini Phoenix Plaza to purchase 2 different Neutrogena products last month (May) and found that all stock on the shelf was either expired or going to expirer in May 2021. When we asked the sale assistant we were told that they were waiting for the sales rep to change the stock. How can you sell stock that is expiring or expired to customers. My wife buys all her beauty products from you, but it seems that we have to be cautions in future. Await your response
