NEGLIGENCE

Im so disappointed with the service I received from Sportscene Festival Mall telephonically, I received as sms on my phone, the message was 'You have just saved 100.00 with TFG Rewards for shopping at SS FESTIVAL MALL :-) Optout SMS STOP' @14:57 I immediately googled the Sportscene Festival Mall contact number, the lady picked up, I advised her that there's ********* who just committed ***** in my account and the ********* might still be in the shop obviously in the mall, the lady didn't want to listen instead she told me to contact the TFG Forensic department, I told her the purchase was done like few minutes can't they go to the security offices and get a footage on the spot and arrest the person, she didn't care. I then contacted the customer care and they could see that the purchase was made @14:48. Then I realised that Sportscene employees at Festival mall they won't go an extra mile for their company nor the customers. I mean was happened it was purely NEGLIGENCE because the ********* claimed that 'she lost' the card..no security check was done, ID document used by the ********* was not verified, they were quick to just proceed with the purchase. TFG, most sportscene shops its only loud ratchet music, there is no more professionalism. Visit stores like Polo, Poetry you name them.. you will never hear such loud ratchet music, when you are at sportscene its like you are in the taxi rank.Because of *********** and NEGLIGENCE of the staff, we customers are suffering and inconvenienced. After the investigation Im definitely closing the account, I dont want myself to be associated with TFG again, come to think of it I have this store card for 15years so this is a thanks I get, I have never missed ant payment over the years, Im a good loyal customer but after this ordeal I want nothing to do with TFG. I had to run around weekend to go SAPS to report the matter, with my petrol and time, will I get reimbursed for my petrol? Because I won't get my time back and my car kilos.
