negatively listed

@home Instalment paid in august but was listed as defaulted. I called and they admitted a fault from their side and promised to update the listing. Up until today nothing has been done despite many promises. Tired of their incompetence. They ruined my credit history and they just don't care about the customers. Such big company without business ethics. <br> <br> Each time I call im told different stories all they do is to blame each other. It was easy ruining my name but now they don't want to own up and rectify the problem. Im disgusted
