NEED MY ACCOUNT CLOSED!

Absolutely PATHETIC service !

I settled my account on the 27 April 2019 and requested to cancel my cellphone insurance in October 2018 already in which to this day still has not been done! I am now receiving monthly statements with only this cellphone insurance amount needing to be paid.

The Customer Service staff are absolutely rude and not professional ! I have been told to call the insurance department using two numbers which is constantly engaged and does not work !

I refuse to pay this amount and want my account closed! I will be reporting this ridiculous store as this cannot continue !

Extremely furious at this point!
