need more people like this in all companies
I was quiet surprised when i received a call from Chadae from head office, i had forgotten about the tablet since i packed it away out of sight. she checked with me if the matter was resolved, shortly after informing her that no one called me regarding this issue, I received a call from the branch where i had purchased this item. I am thankful to Chadae for great customer service and promptly revolving this issue.
