nearly naked revlon powder

I called tygervalley last week because I bought nearly naked revlon powder at Canal walk store but there was a crack in the powder and I wanted to return it but I didn't have a slip and I used my cash card when I purchased and I can't drive all the way to canal walk. And now it's cracked even further. When I called foschini and got no joy at all and the girl told me they do not have that powder in stock. I would like the area manager to call me and get this sorted. I don't want to speak to the store manager but area manager.
