Name calling while cold calling standard procedure

Good day,

I would like to lay a formal complaint against Jacqueline, in your Foschini Telesales department. Please pull the phone call she made to me, on my cell phone, 14H10 duration of the call was 1min 53sec.

She is extremely rude. She phoned me - and called me selfish when I told her I will not be interested in the account protection policy she was trying to sell me. I asked her to put me through to her supervisor, she said they will phone me back when they are available. I'm still waiting for that call.

I will be settling my account and closing it. I have been Foschini Account holder for well over 10years, I don't need to be harassed by any one of your staff members, thank you very much.
