My phone blocked due to number given to someone else as a contract By Foschini

<p>My prepaid cellphone was all of a sudden blocked, could not make calls and sms. When I called my service provider they said i shoud contact Foschini as my phone appeared as a contract phone. After calling Foschini, they discovered that my number was given to someone else who then was not paying the contract monthly hence it was blocked. I spoke to a consultant named Zola and promised to get back to me after 7 working days. It has been 3 weeks without feedback and update as promised by Foschini and whenever i make follow up im told of the same story that they are still investingating. this is so frustring and such an inconvinience because how can they a number that is in use to someone else. REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!</p>
