My Credit Bureau Is Being Tarnished

I bought a phone on my sportscene account at American Swiss WONDERPARK (worst decision ever) and i had to pay 15% i knew that already, but was told i need to pay 500 on a 1699 phone, when i asked why because thats not 15% of the amount the stupid consultant Dimakatso told me that it included my installment on an item i had bought earlier in the month and it would include next months repayments as well, i was happy with that. Next thing im receiving sms that my acvount is in arrears, i called in to the help desk filled with a bunch of *********** fools. The one that assisted me is Reza Parker, i explain to him what happened and he said there was a mistake the whoe amount of 510 i paid was put down as a deposit. I warned that tgey better sought it out before my credit record gets tarnished, for two or more weeks i would keep calling in and he would not even assist me, id tell the consultant who asnswered that i want to speak to him, theyd say he will cal me back and nothing. I didnt get follow ups on my account from these people, i have to keep calling them with my money as if they are the client. Yesterday i got an email saying my credit at SPORTSCENE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.
