My account in Arrears

Good day<br> <br> I do have a Sterns account in the Foschini Group. About March the Customer Care department contact me and try to sell me a Book to the value of R38.00 per month. I've stated clearly please I do not want this book. I am really not interested. With the Post Office strike I never received my accounts ....for months. In June I went and paid my account up to a zero balance. ....Well that was what I though.<br> <br> Now they phoned me up to 5 times a day to come and pay my account. They've loaded this book onto my account and I am now liable for payment. I've asked them so many times to correct it on there side seeing that I never took this book. If they phone you they are rude less. I am not going to pay this and now they send me a letter stating that they will put me on the credit buro and I am liable for sms cost, letters they send to me, telephone cost for something I didn't order..... So people please make sure you pay for what you ordered because it looks like they charge for anything and you must pay up. And if you do not do it .....they hand you over.
