music too loud at foschini

I cant shop at Foschini Westgate Shopping Center. Its like walking into a club. The music is so LOUD !!! I cant walk around and look for clothes as its unbearable. Today I went in paid my account and asked to speak to the manageress she said that its not too loud ,if it was then they would not hear the person talking on the phone. She said no one has complained. It seems to be the trend today to play loud music
