Multiple damaged and dirty online products

Very disappointed in my online order at Forchini. My lipstick was broken off and smushed at the top of the lid as well as the makeup brush (real techniques) that I purchased was opened and there was a sticky substance inside the package and all over the brush. Another lipstick I purchased’s seal was broken so was definitely opened. Not what I was expecting from Forchini. Won’t be purchasing from them online again.
