MTN 121, AND RICA

I had two MTN numbers on contract with FOSCHINI, after cancelling the contract and requesting that the numbers be migrated to prepaid, the numbers have stopped working. On the one number, I received a call to tell me that the number has migrated and I must go to the store to have it RICA'd. The helpful sales consultant at Fourways Crossing Total Sports managed to RICA the 083 number and we were instructed to dial 141 from that sim to activate it. That was unsuccessful because the sim kept saying I can only call emergencies. We repeatedly removed and returned the sim and even changed handsets, still not working.I went back to to the store many times, with the helpful assistance of the sales agent. After speaking to the manager at 121 he insisted that it is now not their problem but RICA. I still don't have feedback and the number is still not working.On the 073 number, I am still waiting to get feedback that the number has migrated, so that I can have it RICA'd in order for it to work. This has caused a huge inconvenience and I will keep blasting FOSCHINI until this is resolved. GET BACK TO ME!!!
