Good evening

I am not a happy customer at all bash had buy one get one free, i logged in to my account wanted to buy 2 luella bags i saw online...I put my bags on the busket when i want to check out it showed an error message, i tried to check that iterm again and is was not appering anymore, i emailed their online team telling them what happened and they told me the iterm is sold out.

Like really this is not fair at all ,i even told them i saw the bags at foschini waterfall mall in rustenburg and they said they sourcing their online items from selected stores
