Mrs Beetge and daughter mrs Gouws

My mother has an account with foschini for years and years she is now a pensioner...she have handled her account very well over the years...always up to date actually always pay much more than she should. End of August 2020 she paid a little later than the usual date. She received numerous calls from a certain Jason from head office where ever. Frendning her that is going to hand over the account to a attorney for collection....have to mention that she should pay R520 for the monthly installment but is up front with the account and was only due R 280....now he keep on calling her and tell her this *****nse of an attorney...and if that is not enough he keep on sending messages that she is now a slow payer....no respect for the fact that she was sick in bed and could not go to foschini to make the payment at the time he ordered her to make the payment....so assoon as this account is paid up again she will close the account and will never make use again of this foschini group...
