Money versus customers

Bought treggins online and only wore them 4 times but they hv a hole. Wrote to Facebook page regarding this but donna claire didn't bother to say anything back regarding the issue so I hv drawn a conclusion that the business doesn't care about retaining their customers but only concerned about making money for themselves
