Money taken off account but purchase did not go through

Good day

I tried to purchase an Apple Watch and pay the balance on my Credit card. The Bash app did not accept my credit card and I subsequently cancelled the order to try again or another method but you took the money off my account! Now I have zero funds available! Please immediately reverse the funds back into my foschini account so I can try again. The order did not go through. I cannot have the money go off. Please urgently fix
