Money Reversal

Regarding Foschini Kolennade The transaction on my card went through twice. They confirmed it’ll be reversed within seven working days. I even went so far and gave them a bank statement so they can see that the transaction was billed twice within an minute or two. Still no answer on to whats happening to the reversal , nobody has phoned me regarding this problem. And if i phone the list of excuses tires my ears.
