Money Making Scheme.

So I opened an account and then lost my job, so I obviously could not pay my monthly. But I have now been able to pay it again. But I have now received 2 identical calls from their debt collectors in the same month. and they charge R20 per call, as well as R20 per statement that we have no choice but to receive. What confuses me is that they continuously increase the amount that I owe, so that just means I will be paying them back for longer. I find this ridiculous. Why make it harder for someone to get rid of their debt. NEVER AGAIN will I support The Foschini Group and will advise against anyone opening an account at any of their stores. They only care about making money, not customer retention.
