Missled by a sales assistant
<p>I spend R 2 113.68 on 27 April 2017 on the following Estee Lauder skin products from your Foschini branch in Mall of Africa.</p> <p> 1. Estee Lauder Enlighten Dark Spot Serum 30ml</p> <p>2. Estee Lauder Cleanser 150ml Triple-Action</p> <p>3. Day Wear Matte Oil-Control Anti-Oxidant Moisture Gel Crème</p> <p>I was told the products will help reduce the dark marks on my skin and help with my oily skin.</p> <p>I honestly feel like i wasted my money, because my skin is now oilier than ever. I get break outs every day and the ****les leave dark spots.</p> <p>One of your sales assistants convinced me to purchase Este Lauder products when in actual fact I wanted Eccrine because I heard from a lot of people that it does work.</p> <p>My skin looks worse that it did before i bought the products and what is worse is that the products dis not last even a month. I was told they would last me 4 months.</p> <p>I want my money back.</p> <p>If you can’t assist me please advise who i can take this up with.</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for responding to my complain and thank you for directing this matter to the area manager.
I received a call on Monday from the Foschini store manager at from the mall of Africa. She requested me to come through their shop so they can do some investigations and take this up with the Estee Lauder rep. she promised to contact me back the next day, but to date i have not yet received a call and i was told not to go and try any new products until they come up with a solution.
I had stated in my previous comments that i need my money back and that i am no longer interested in this Estee Lauder products because it is in actual fact ******* and they are just ripping people off.
I also keep getting missed calls from the 021 number and the fact that I’m constantly in meetings, it is difficult for me to take the calls.
When i try to call back it says the number does not exist. I really need closure on this matter.
Please can you just refund the money back into my account so we can move on with our lives?
