Missing payments

Have the same problem now as last year where my EFT payments to Foshini's go missing and it took them months to sort out THEIR problem AFTER I provided them with bank statements. Had to provide THEM with proof of payments (have had them as benificiaries on my AND my husbands internet banking forever with the same account number) this morning received a threatening call that my credit record will be influenced if I don't pay R40 immediately. I paid R400 on the 3rd of Feb AND R100 on the 17th Feb but their sms stated that I had to pay R65 by the 1st of March. It has been costing ME money, time and effort to do THEIR work for them! Had to e-mail bank statements AGAIN today!! I will absolutely be closing that Foshini account ASAP!!! Fedup with poor service delivery!!
