Missing online purchase at TFG Online stores

Good Morning I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers/takkies at tfg online stores in December 2019 and I asked that they be delivered at Exact King Williams town. Before i could receive my order I was told that one of my items was out of stock so they were going to refund me which they did.I received an sms saying that my order was ready for collection, I went to the store in King Williams town but only received one of my items. I was told that maybe the other one was delayed. I received another sms saying that I should go and get my parcel but i when I got to the store my parcel was not there,the store manager made a call to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel, he was on the for abut 30 mins and I could not wait any longer so I requested that he takes my number and update me which he never did as he was already complaining that I was leaving but he was on the phone for me of which I couldn't understand because i had waited for 30 mins already and mind you I was on my way home for the holidays so I left but never got any feedback. In January 2020 while I was still at home I got a call from TFG online asking me about my experience at shopping at the online stores I told him that there's still one item of my order that I never received, he said that he was going to make a follow up for me but I never heard from him again. When I got back from home I wet to the store again to inquire about my parcel and I was told it was still not there. I am just tired of this because I have even sent emails to their online team and the response is the same (that my parcel was successfully delivered to the store in King Williams town on 20/12/2019) but when I get there it is not there. I even asked who signed for it so that I can at least go and ask that person instead of going to the and being told the same thing over and over with no way forward but surprisingly that is where my conversation with the team stopped no response on that question.I just don"t know who to talk to now as both stores are not helping me.
