Missing lay-by @ Foschini Sandton

I am sharing this with a bitter taste in my mouth due to what happened to my lay-by at Foschini Sandton.

This morning, I went to Foschini Sandton to release my lay-by, only to learn that the entire lay-by is missing, and no one could tell me what happened to it.

I waited from 9:15 AM until 10:50 AM while the poor employee searched for my missing lay-by. This is the first and last time I will use lay-by in Sandton. This is negligence, and they can’t take any accountability.
