Missing items

So last month I had bought 2 foundation and 2 pressed powders from Foschini online went to go pick it up at sportscence Festival mall, when I got home they was only 2 pressed powders in the packet. Tried sending a mail no response ,tried calling no pick up even went to the store (Sportscence) they can't find the missing packet. I have tried
