Misleading promotion and nosy shop

I usually shop at the Foschini in Bayside, Tableview Cape Town, however after my experience there on Friday 7th June 2019, I will not be going back. I went to the store to purchase leggings, they have a special on of "Save R70 when you buy 2". When I was paying I was told that the promotion is applicable to same priced leggings - I had selected one for R160 and another one for R180. I insisted to the supervisor called Pam that was on duty that nowhere on the sign does it specify that the items must be the same price. Her response was that in the store they are not responsible for the wording, that is done at Head Office and she cannot help me. The promotion is clearly then misleading and as consumers we should be waned of such upfront! I should get my money back. There was also a loud raucous in the shop, with the shop staff taking loudly and calling each other, it honestly seemed like I was at the taxi rank. This is not what I would expect from a shop like Foschini, it honestly is such a deterrent. Definitely not going back.
