The store hi-online which is part of The Foschini Group, advertise a fitness band for R49. The online division make it known that they are out of stock which is fine.
However there is an option where you can check stock at walk in stores which I did. I then phoned there store in Canal Walk to it just ringing and never answered. Really wanting this fitness band (it is also advertised on my fitness app) I drove through to them as it shows as being in stock only to be told they don't have stock. When I told them that there online system says they have, they rep**** that the watches are returns and broken.
How can you advertise having stock when you actually don't? This is very misleading. I went to each shop that advertised that they have stock to be told they don't have stock.
I was then told to order online as the online store have plenty. Which say they don't.
