MIGRAINE WITH NO SIGN OF RELIEF

What I thought was a great deal on Black Friday 2020 turned out to be just a migraine. I originally ordered a 1000ml shampoo and 1000ml condition which then came with a 3rd product at R1,878.00. A professional brand. The 3rd product was cancelled by Foschini, they could not get the item and then they delivered a 250ml shampoo and 250ml condition. I immediately contacted the online store and sent photos and copies of delivery notes and invoices. I have been trying since early December to sort out my account. I was charged a total of R1,435.45 for the 2 items and later credited R325.45. Paying a total of R1,110.00 for 2 x 250mls. Crazy right! Now try and explain this to the agent on the phone. I've been back and forth with emails and phone calls and even visited a local branch, who by the way tried very hard to help me, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTEMPT. I was then given a number to phone for a specific lady but you can't get hold of her because she is working remotely. So you have to leave a message for her to contact you. Still waiting. All they need to do is credit the incorrect amount and recharge the correct one. It's now May 2021.
