Mickey Mouse Customer Service at Foschini Rosebank Mall

Rosebank Foschini they don't even deserve the star that i give them. I went to return clothes that i bought online and the sizes are small. The lady at Foschini said they cannot take them. I went back to the office and called their head office and i was told that they should have took the clothes because it is their brand. Please tell me what happened to customer service in this country?
