Menlyn branch to lazy to help

I went to Foshini in menlyn to pay my account in full and close the account.. The lady that helped me told me that as soon as my account is paid in full it will close automatically. I asked her twice if she was sure because according to my knowledge they need to phone Head office-Account department in order to cancel my account. She told me that i dont need to worry my account is closed.. Now a few days later i receive another statement and Foshini deducted money out of my account.. I tried phoning the numbers on the website but nobody answers the phone at all!!! I need someone to phone me in regards to this mess.. It is not alot of money that was deducted but i want everything to be closed!!!!!
