MBD/FOSCHINI UNFAIR WRITTEN OFF ACCOUNT DENTED MY NAME

I have been sent to MBD Attorneys by Foschini Retail for the online account I know nothing about. My name is on credit bereau and I have been sending all the requested documents to MBD attorneys. They have been calling me, asking me all questions. I have submitted all the requested documents to MBD attorneys. They are delaying the whole process and my name has been dented financially.
