<p>Today i had thee most awful experience trying to activate my Foschini account. I had no idea that it would be such a hassle due to their fact that I submitted all required documents and received a sms to confirm that the account has been approved. Problem began when the card was supposed to be activated, with the assistance of Marameng (The Glen). They gave us such a run around but her service was outstanding. She was kind, patient, polite, she stood up for me, as the client. If i had a choice, i would request for Marameng to asssist me every time. Thank you thank you thamk hou, for your amazing service.
