Manager with bad attitude

I recently wrote a complaint about my experience at foschini mall of the north. Thank you to the ops team for your response. Unfortunately the manager Getrude called me and accused me of all kinds of things like I'm making up stories and that she will not help me. She further told me that my husband chose the stupid phone for me. And she informed me that I will collect that phone at the lost and found at the centre management. I'm so appalled by this lack of customer service and did not expect a manager to behave in that way.
