Manager who doesn't respect and value a customers.

Me and my Wife went to Foschini Branch in Quagga centre to return my Wife's Jacket and Dimakatso the Cashier went to call the Manager Maggie to authorise the returned jacket that we bought from Foschini Menlyn via Account. I did not come across such a rude and disrespectful manager in my life on a Sunday nogal DAMN. What she told us is that it is not her store and she doesn't make rules we must pay R50,00 or we must take the jacket back to Menlyn **** this. i called head office on Monday to complain helped by Ronel who send an email to the branch to call me for my refund without any feedback i called again the second day because Ronel promised that i will receive a call from the manager for my refund i only receiver a call after second complain that how disrespectful she is and not taking her job and her position seriously. Yesterday a lady called me and she said Maggie was off duty on Sunday i asked her where is she calling from she said head office when i checked the number she is calling from was Quagga Centre what the hell is going on at that store. The Manager at Quagga Centre she is doggy, rude and ***** she does not respect customers PERIOD. Something needs to be done!!
