manager could not resolve my receipt dispute

I would like to bring to you attention that on the 8th Aug I went to the store in wonderboom juction tp collect my laybuy. I was assisted by Lesogo who was a cashier and Thabile whom I believe was a shop assistant. They took my slip as it had a laybuy number on it to the back to collect my laybuy and they didn't gave back my receipt. On my way homee I decided to check my parcel only to find that my slip was missing. I immediately called the number on the baybuy slip but there was no answer then I decided to send my colleaque to the store to collect my receipt but she was surpriced to learn that it was given to me. On tuesday 11 Aug I personally went to the store, I came across an arrogant manager who said to me she doesn't know who to believe and she also ask me to leave the pants that i wanted to return with her while she tries to find the slip and she also said I must look for my reciept, she didn't even ask for my contact details. Until today I haven't heard anything from her or from customer complains department.
