Since I expect a call on my blocked account from 3 weeks ago, first they said I must come with my bank statement which I did, when I went again they no longer want the statement but says head office will call me till today. Then I asked them why isn't my amount increasing they said it's because of the magazine which means I pay more for magazine that the account.
