Make-overs of Staff in the store during store hours

Fochini, I have seen it all. Your staff now applies make-up in the store whilst on duty. Instead of her standing out of the way to allow customers to shop the products, we had to go around her and still could not get to the products. The Clinique lady was on lunch for over an hour and we could not buy any Clinique products. Your Clinique lady struts through the store on her phone. She is easily recognised as she had her white coat on.
