MAJOR DELAY on order AND NO communication!!!!

Placed an order on 2/08/21 - order was split into 9 different packages The one packaged arrived the same week....now the problems start. 8 packages were not updated for over a week, I had to call numerous times, email, and even take to Facebook messenger to try and get an answer - same generic answer all the time "Someone will get back to me" Its now been two weeks since the order was placed, finally managed to get 4 of the 8 packages and much to my disappointment one of the seals on an item was broken and the other was damaged badly - won't be able to use it.

Tried to call and find out about the other 4 packages that to this day have not been updated and find out how to get the damaged products replaced...NO ANSWER!!!!

IT'S IMMENSELY FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO KEEP ENGAGING TO GET SOME FORM OF FEEDBACK BUT WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS DUE - ALL THEY WANT IS PAYMENT BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!!!

Im still waiting for feedback!!
