Magazines not yet removed from Billing

In October 2015 I went to Foschini Cresta and requested to cancel all magazines billed to me. I completed the form and this was sent to headoffice to have it cancelled. 5 months later and still not done. I'm in arrears with my account and every month I ask the customer agents to do the cancellation and still nothing. How will i have my account up to date if the magazines is not cancelled. I am still waiting for a manager to call from February and no call yet. I am tired and irritated that my balance on my account is just incurring more interest.
