Magazine Coersion

<p>It has been more than a year since I cancelled my Platinum Club Magazine to my surprise it is still going through my account. The first time I called in was in June 2015 and was told it was cancelled then they just downgraded it to Club Magazine, called again and was told by the agent that she would get the Team Leader to personally see to it that it is cancelled till this day nothing happened it is still being debited from my account, I eventually got tired of calling their Call Centre as each time they say it's cancelled and their Agents are never clear so you cannot trace them by name as they are rude and not audible enough, but they are quick to offer one other magazines but not cancel this club magazine that adds no value to my life. Even had to change my number because of the annoying Sales calls I get from them even at night but my issues never get resolved.</p>
