Luella bag

I bought a luella bag by December costing R1200, knowing their quality I went for it even though it was still new bag on the Market . I am not happy at all as the quality is so poor 3months later the bag zip color is fading away and the Shoulder strap is torned already.

I mean its a large bag I handle use it so far I used it 4 times I wonder how it lost quality within 3 months. To think I bought 2 of them because I loved the brand and it looked beautiful its so annoying.

It looks like now they are after money not producing quality. What a waste of money
