Low quality product
<p>I bought a LUELLA bag at Forchini over a month ago and have used it only 3 times .I have not even finished paying it off but have noticed that the colour is coming off and one of the handle hooks has come off. I need to know what recourse I have as I believe that a much cheaper bag would have lasted longer. </p>
