low quality luella shoes bought on bash

bought shoes on bash, black and beige luella flops for R599, i wore them twice and the inner sole is flat and hurting my heel. I went to Foschini store to compare while wearing them and i noticed that my shoes did not have the cushioned inner sole like the ones in the shop which are also R599. Also bought a handbag last year from bash, luella bag, white and gold it was on special it arrived and it was terrible the material was soft the gold chain is now brown the bag is not white anymore so disappointed. I went to foschini to compare and the one at the shop was stronger than mine. Im starting to believe that bash is giving us **** things. i would like some sort of reimbur*****t for the low quality items i was given
