Low quality bag

I bought a bag around September as it was my birth month, the bag has lost so much of shape it looks very old and the sad part is that I don’t use it every day or every Sunday as I use it when I go to church and it has to match which what I wear on that specific Sunday

I only put my bible in which is not even big and add my wallet and phone but I was puzzled how a beautiful bag has just turned into a sack

I then send my son to Southgate mall to lay a complaint as that is where my son bought it but he was told they can’t do a thing and if they only saw him buying they would have told him to buy the others as they are stronger and not that which he bought

Which explains that they know is an expensive bag that has the lowest quality

Unfortunately they refused to help him and said I must go online to complain hence I am here.

That bag is just too expensive to only last few days
