Lost Parcel - Foschini

I paid for an item online on the on the 25-08-21, The parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 01-91-21, When I call and email to follow up, nobody knows where the parcel is. They keep telling me that the parcel is at the store but cant confirm when it will be handed to courier. How does this work? When will I receive my parcel.
