LOST MY PHONE IN STORE, THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE FOOTAGE

On 12 August while shopping @Foschini East rand Mall, I lost my Samsung A51 cellphone. I asked Bridget Matheko to look at the footage bcos it had just happened, perhaps the person who took it was still in store. She said she was busy and would do it b4 going home. On Friday morning I called her & she said she didn't have time to look& said she would do it b2 2pm. On Saturday, I went to the store & she said she looked but couldn't see the sale area only saw me at the shoes department, she said she would look again on Sunday & even take screenshots or record the footage on her cell & send to me, until today nothing. Today I called & was told she is not @work, Gugu the Manager is also not in store. I am starting to think that Bridget is protecting some1, my worry is that they will now tell me that the footage is no longer available. I called the TFG call centre asking for the contacts of the area manager, they said they do not have it. What kind of a call centre doesn't have details of Area managers, I logged a complaint with them ***, they said the Operations Managers will only attend to it in 3 or 4 business days. Jeez, things really move at a snail pace @TFG. Are the people there on a holiday or something? To think of how many cases I resolve each day. I then called Carnival Mall & asked for Tahira's number (Area Manager), the lady I spoke to, Sylvia told me that Tahira had just walked in to the store but is busy, she refused to give me Tahira's number & said the complaint must first be addressed by Gugu, that I must follow protocol. What do they want from me? I mean its been a week & a day more, how much more should I wait? However, Sylvia promised that she will make sure I get help. If only Bridget kept to her word or assisted me pronto while I was still in store, who knows maybe I would have my phone. I supsect she knows something, she must have seen who took it in the footage, why else would she give me a running around like this? I am beyond furious right now! I think I should open a case with the police against TFG.
