Listed on ict

So I go to the bank for my own personal needs and find out that I have been listed on ICT for fochini. So i go to the store to try and resolve this issue and find out what the amount was for and to pay it.... Get there and Fochini tells me that the account has been handed over and that it cannot be paid at a fochini.... They then provide me with the lawyers contact details and the lawyer is closed until the new year. They cannot tell me how the amount has accumulated and they cannot see on the system when I was contacted to inform me of this and they will not allow me to pay this amount to clear my name. None of the managers both in store nor at costumer care could assist me. I am listed for fochini but fochini cannot assist me to resolve this matter
