Listed as Non Payer but payments were made

Disgusted to find that I have been listed with Credit Bureau as non payer, yet account is paid in advance to what monthly payment requirement is. I have even updated my postal address for statements and billed magazines but this is not send to me. When a client over pays on required bill then nothing is said, but quick to list when they stuff up. They better cancel all the magazines or they need to step up their game and send me what is being paid for.<br>
