LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET A STATEMENT

Very disappointed with TFG. They're very quick to send you texts that your account is overdue and bill you for collection charges. But try get them to allocate payment to your account. I paid my account on time via EFT and they did not pick up my payment (could have used the incorrect reference). I attached POP and sent it through. They take forever to confirm the payment has been made. Then I ask for statements to be sent to me via email but this seems like an impossible task. I'm told to use their website which does not work! I have every right to have access to MY statements!! Emailed Anthea last week and yesterday morning and have yet to receive a response from her. Why is it such a task to send statements via email? Every other place that I have an account with sends one every month?<br> <br> Sort your staff and accounts department out!
